What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQs are flexible to support both growing brands and established retailers. Generally, we start at 30–50 pieces per style/colorway, though this may vary depending on the specific fabric or accessory requirements.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We highly recommend a paid prototype phase. This allows you to verify our craftsmanship, fabric quality, and fit accuracy before committing to a full production run.
Do you offer full private label services?
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including custom woven labels, heat-transfer neck tags, hangtags, and branded packaging to ensure your products are retail-ready.
What is your typical production lead time?
Sampling usually takes 7–10 working days. For bulk orders, the lead time typically ranges from 25–45 days depending on the order volume and the complexity of the designs.
Which shipping methods do you provide?
We offer worldwide shipping via Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small to medium orders (3–6 days) and Air or Sea Freight for larger, cost-sensitive bulk shipments.
Can you work from my specific tech packs or sketches?
Yes. Our design team is experienced in interpreting technical drawings, 3D mockups, and even physical reference samples to create exact replicas or modified versions according to your needs.
What are your standard payment terms?
For most international orders, we require a 50% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 50% balance due once the order is completed and quality-checked, prior to dispatch.
How do you handle quality control?
We implement a three-tier inspection process:
- Pre-production: Fabric and trim verification.
- In-line: Monitoring stitching and assembly.
- Post-production: Final measurement and finishing checks before packing.
Can I visit your manufacturing facility?
We welcome all our clients to visit our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. This transparency allows you to see our production capacity and meet the team handling your brand’s collection.
Do you offer specialized fabric treatments?
Yes. We can provide various finishes, including anti-microbial, moisture-wicking, UV protection, and eco-friendly washes for sports and fitness apparel, as well as specialized leather finishes for jackets.
