Seamless Ordering

Navigating international manufacturing shouldn’t be complicated. At Zmri Industry, we’ve streamlined our procurement workflow to ensure transparency, precision, and speed—from your initial concept to the final delivery at your warehouse.

1. Project Inquiry & Consultation

The process begins when you submit your detailed requirements. To provide an accurate quote and timeline, we need specific data points:

  • Technical Specifications: Tech packs, design mockups, or physical samples.

  • Material Preferences: Specific fabric weights (GSM), compositions, or leather types.

  • Branding Details: Preferred methods for logos (embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, or embossed patches).

  • Quantity Breakdown: Estimated volumes per size and colorway.

2. Quotation & Prototyping

Once we review your inquiry, our team provides a comprehensive cost analysis. Before bulk production begins, we move to the Sampling Phase:

  • Prototype Creation: We develop a physical sample to verify fit, fabric feel, and construction quality.

  • Refinement: Based on your feedback, we make any necessary adjustments to the patterns or materials.

  • Approval: Bulk production only triggers once you have physically inspected and signed off on the master sample.

3. Order Confirmation & Deposit

To lock in your production slot and secure raw materials, we issue a Proforma Invoice.

  • Payment Terms: Standard orders typically require a percentage-based deposit to initiate manufacturing.

  • Production Timeline: We provide a firm “Ex-Factory” date so you can plan your inventory cycles with confidence.

4. Bulk Manufacturing & Quality Control

Your order enters our specialized production lines—whether it’s high-tech fitness gear or premium leather jackets. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team performs checks at three critical stages:

  • In-Line Inspection: Checking stitching and assembly mid-process.

  • Final Finishing: Verifying trims, tags, and packaging.

  • Random Sampling: A final AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) test before the goods are boxed for export.

5. Final Payment & Global Logistics

Once production is complete, we provide high-resolution photos or video of the finished batch for your final approval.

  • Balance Settlement: The remaining balance is cleared before dispatch.

  • Shipping Options: We coordinate with your preferred freight forwarders or utilize our network for Air, Sea, or Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) delivery.

  • Documentation: We handle all export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.

Pro Tip: For new brands, we recommend starting with a diverse sample set across different categories (e.g., one sports set and one jacket) to test our craftsmanship across your entire intended range.
